Your membership renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page and keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not issue partial-month refunds.
Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not end the month you have already paid for: your access runs to the end of that period, and nothing renews after it.
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not reach the service you paid for, write to us from our contact page and we will put it right. This policy describes our ordinary practice; it does not limit any right you have under the law where you live.
A membership is access to an analytics service for the month: projections, the graded record, the market tools and the optimizer. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, or settle bets, and no part of the fee is a stake. More about what this is.
